Responsible for developing sales and managing relationships with key commercial contractors for all TruTeam's insulation and related services.
Capable of identifying, pursuing and developing long-term relationships with prospective customers.
Delivers the company value proposition to customers to influence sales.
Diligently and consistently follows up on all customer proposals to close sales and gain customer insight.
Recommends products, materials and services based on customers' needs and interests. Provides product knowledge and expertise to current and potential customers.
Meets expectations for proposal volumes and closing sales ratios.
Monitors market conditions, product innovations and competitors' products, prices and sales.
Works majority of time outside of the office conducting sales calls, providing proposals, generating new business leads, account management.
Communicates the company's safety program to customers at the point of contact or sale by inspecting job sites to identify any safety concerns.
Manages customer experience from initial sale to project completion. Independence of Action ? Results are defined. Partner with Division Manager and Regional Sales Manager or Sales Manager to set goals and determine how to obtain results with some guidelines. Manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.
Any other duties, tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Required Experience
Minimum Degree: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent years of experience
Special Certification or Licensing: Must have a valid Driver's License. Must be able to pass CBC (Criminal Background Check) and MVR (Motor Vehicle Report).
Obtain applicable certifications/licenses as required.
Special Requirements: Prior industry sales experience a plus.
Minimum experience: 3 + years in sales
Required Industry Experience (Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc.): Valued but not essential

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
