The Manager - FieldRegulatory Compliance will be responsible for implementing processes, programs,and associated regulatory compliance reporting for the Company. The incumbentis also responsible for providing regulatory leadership to the regulatorycompliance specialists serving as the subject matter expert for the Company inthe areas of Healthcare, Consumer and Technology compliance requirements.
This position will beresponsible for?..
Manages at least2 direct reports. Management responsibilities include, but are not limited tohiring, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, staffproductivity and performance management to include disciplinary actions up toand including termination.
Plans, organizes,staffs, directs and controls the day-to-day operations of the department;develops and implements policies and programs as necessary.
Develops andmanages the department budget, ensures compliance and addresses variances andother budget concerns.
Implementingregulatory strategies and developing initiatives to improve work processes atsite level.
Assuring sitecompliance to specific account or site standards and regulatory requirements atall levels (site, account, governmental ? FDA, DEA, DOT and others underscope).
Auditdistribution and corporate processes and monitor compliance.
Provides supportfor the organization's proactive risk assessment and root cause analysisprocesses that align with field organization standards.
Responsible forthe evaluation of regulatory compliance issues in new and existing operatingareas as well as assisting in the development of compliance systems/documentsto ensure ongoing compliance and communication to other team members.
Quantifying,seeking long-term solutions and reviewing corrective action plans tonon-conforming work processes.
Implementingtraining programs, as required, to improve site performance.
Provideregulatory support to the organizations field operations during RegulatoryAuthority Inspections.
Liaison withBusiness Development and Sales to provide regulatory advice in new businessopportunities.
Assuring the dayto day facility operations meet all regulatory compliance requirements.

Bachelor's Degreein related field preferred and 10 years of relevant experience.
In lieu ofdegree, high school diploma or GED and 12 years of relevant experience.
Span of controlis at department level or above.
Must havecomprehensive knowledge of and demonstrated application of FDA, DEA, and Stateregulations pertaining to the manufacture, labeling and marketing of healthcareproducts.
Working withRegulatory auditors and officials during various audits and/or compliancereviews.
Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
Customer servicedriven.
Strong teamplayer.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
