Omnicell has a dynamic opportunity for a detailed oriented HR professional to join our Human Resources team in Cranberry Township, PA. The HRIS Data Entry Specialist is primarily responsible for HRIS data administration by entering, maintaining, auditing, and processing sensitive HRIS data. You will apply your knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of administrative tasks. This position may partner with compensation, payroll and/or benefits team members on a variety of special projects and activities. Must be a self-starter and perform daily work under general supervision.
Integrity of all HR data entered into the HRIS
Reviews and enters into HRIS, changes related to employee pay rates, job/department codes, and locations
Ensures data integrity and assists with resolution of issues through research, communication, collaboration and problem solving
Enters all newly hired employees' data into HRIS and meets with new employees to provide introduction to Omnicell. Utilizes applicant management system to obtain documents
Coordinates the I-9 process and ensures new employee work authorization through E-Verify. Assists with immigration support as needed
Performs HRIS and payroll system audits to ensure data is accurate
Assists IT department with enhancements to the HR systems
Creates and distributes recurring headcount and ad hoc reports. Presents recommendations to increase efficiency and quality of reports
Uses functional and technical knowledge to provide end-users with general guidance and informal training as needed. Assists with creating formal internal training tools and process manuals
Provides HRIS data support for Payroll, Recruiters and management
Organizes, prepares, and sends employee separation packages to terminated employee; coordinates with benefits, payroll, and ESPP as necessary
Maintains on-site file room containing employee records
Orders office supplies and schedules department meetings
Provides project support to the Human Resources team
Work on other duties as assigned
Work with other departments as a liaison such as IT/IS, Finance and Facilities
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Team player with excellent attention to detail while ensuring accuracy
Excellently demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Strong math skills, critical thinking and analytical problem solving abilities identifying root cause
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; consistently pleasant during interactions, welcoming, helpful and diplomatic, and ability to interact effectively with other departments
Solid PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office - especially strong in Outlook and Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)
Enthusiasm for providing high quality data services; data entry accuracy and productivity, maintaining data, and developing better systems and related processes
Strong organization and time management competencies; ability to be flexible, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Two (2) years' experience working in a human resources environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with field of study in HRIS, HR, or Organization Development
SAP experience highly desirable
HRIS experience within a large organization
HRIS Implementation experience
Taleo Applicant Tracking System experience
Knowledge of current human resources, training, and organizational development trends
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and human resources/training/organizational development fundamentals

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
