Omnicell is looking to add to our North American Automation & Analytics (NAA) finance team. The Financial Analyst II role will be responsible for acting as the finance subject matter expert for Global Marketing, Product Development, and Strategic financial initiatives, reporting to the NAA Director of Finance. This position will be heavily involved in building and presenting financial models to support key product decisions, long-term strategic plans, and any other ad-hoc analysis that may be required.
Support Director of Finance in financial analysis of company-wide marketing and strategic initiatives including financial models and presentation materials
Partner with various levels of Global Marketing organization to understand the company's portfolio of products and the Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM), and the Share of Market (SOM) for all major products
Develop and maintain a dynamic long-term strategic planning model with product level detail
Assist in preparation and presentation of quarterly business review materials
Track, analyze and report on key metrics of the business ? create and maintain KPI dashboards as necessary
Refine and maintain product line P&Ls including backlog, bookings, and revenue components
Research and recommend new processes or improvements to current processes
Engage in ad-hoc analysis / special projects
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Organized thinker with a strong process background and excellent analytical skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff
Ability to work well both independently and as a team
Possess high level of skill of attention to detail and produce accurate work
Strong work ethic, patience and customer service orientation
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related discipline
Minimum of three plus (3+) years of experience in finance or accounting field with a general understanding of GAAP
Experience working with large ERP systems

Extended work hours when required
Dynamic office/work environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
