The Manager, HR New Business Solutions & Startups is responsible for the leading a team ofproject managers that support business implementations. This includes project coordination, planning,and research required for the introduction of new business opportunities. The goal is the successful implementation ofhuman resources processes and practices as it relates to timelines, projectplans, tasks and personnel resources. The Manager, HR New Business Solutions & Startups is the point of contact betweenbusiness unit operations and human resources to ensure that plans andobjectives are achieved.
This position will beresponsible for?..
Manages at least 2 full time exempt directreports. Management responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to hiring, coaching, skills development,recognition and rewards, staff productivity and performance management toinclude disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
Develops, leads and facilitates HR project planand timelines; maintaining communicating throughout the course of the projectto effectively meet customer expectations.
Primary contact for all internal and externalcustomers throughout the course of each project.
Manage standardization of the human resourcescommunication for all business implementations.
Assist with planning the project in order toaccomplish goals within a defined schedule, material and personnel resources.
Plan, lead, organize and control multipleproject initiatives according to approved scope and schedule.
Interact directly with various customerrepresentatives ranging from senior operations, IT representatives, warehouseoperations and end-users.
Provide support and coaching to operationsmanagement on various HR and employee relations policies, practices, andinitiatives.
Collaborating with customer and operationsleadership to identify optimum solutions for staff transitions to ensureretention and positive employee relations are maintained.
Partner with HR functional groups tocontinuously improve HR processes; working with department leaders tostreamline processes.
Ensuring HR functional groups are supporting,training and mentoring HR/operations site resources in the use of effectivetools, forms, processes and policies.
Create documentation that enables thetransition from implementation to post implementation support.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred and 8-10 years of relevant experience.
In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED and 10 years of relevant experience.
PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
Previous automated timekeeping experience; ADP Enterprise and eTime experience preferred.
Thorough knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding human resources.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and HRIS.
Strong technical/functional knowledge of HR practices and alignment with business strategy.
Understands the impact of people strategy on financial results.
Able to translate business plans into human resources strategy.
Excellent coaching, counseling and negotiations skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated project management experience on multi-disciplinary HR projects.
Demonstrated ability to effectively present plans and respond to questions in a group setting.
Well rounded knowledge of Human Resources practices, laws and trends; dedication to keeping current on new legislation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
