Senior Project Technical Specialist ? Sales/Customer Service/Marketing
Omnicell has a dynamic opportunity for a Senior Project Technical Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the execution of the company's project portfolio by providing guidance and expertise to implement new technologies and processes to grow the business. You will partner with Sales, Service, and Marketing to represent the business interest as part of major project initiatives.
Support the management, execution, and delivery of the company's project portfolio through implementation, training, documentation, and consulting expertise.
Provide guidance and expertise on company risk/issue management, enterprise reporting, and strategies for aligning project execution with the organization's strategic plan.
Partner with business resources, technical analysts, and consultants to implement new processes and technologies.
Support the Project Manager and Functional Resources by working with the business to develop process/system requirements in support of the assigned projects.
Provide input and recommendations to help build and maintain the company systems architecture including the evaluation of new modules, add-ons, and the implementation of system upgrades.
Track project schedule, cost, and performance.
Monitor progress of IT projects and take corrective action as required to ensure deadlines and business needs are met. Identify system problems and determine necessary resolution.
Provide end-user training and user support during project phases and provide effective handoff to the appropriate IT support teams.
Follow applicable Project Office standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in the execution of projects.
Provide technical support to implement Business Intelligence to create reports, executive summary, and dashboards to support the business requirements.
Provide application functional/technical support and implementation support in integrating SAP and non-SAP systems using ALE, IDoc and XI.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrated knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing in major projects, implementation, and process improvement initiatives
Technical/Configuration experience in module areas of SAP CRM, Sales and Distribution, Service Management, SAP Cloud for Service or Salesforce CRM.
Ability to execute Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing processes and operations for a global business.
Knowledge of project and program management methodologies, associated processes and tools, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of business process by architecting and developing solutions enabling all aspects of process, organization, and technology for Sales, Marketing and Service.
Ability to understand and represent Marketing, Sales and Customer Service organizations to recommend, prioritize, and drive opportunities to promote continuous improvement, cost-savings, meet financial targets, and drive business process improvement.
Ability to define and streamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within an organization
Demonstrated knowledge of business process analysis, mapping, and documentation.
Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-technical personnel.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the organization and across geographies.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of program management, process improvement and systems implementation related work experience with a focus on Sales and Customer Service, or Marketing.
SAP and/or SalesForce certification or the equivalent work experience
Additional Experience in the following areas:
Technical Implementation a major CRM system.
System configuration and setup
Leading an implementation team in large projects
Developing functional requirements, technical specifications, test scripts and user training
Developing and delivering end-user training
Development of annual business plans and roadmaps
Preferred Qualification:
PMP Certification
Previous consulting experience on SAP or SalesForce.com implementations

Office Environment
Travel commitment up to approximately 40% (depending on project)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
