The Crew Member is a vital position in the Five Guys operations. They are trained to work in many different positions within the restaurant.
Responsibilities
o Offer friendly service
o Excels in performing all tasks to include:
runner/frontline coordinator, order taker/ dining room attendant, grill operator, sandwich maker, fry station, drinks and cashier.
o Maintain fast accurate service, ensures an excellent customer experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards.
o Makes sure the restaurant is up to company standard with regards to cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility.
o Works as a team player to support other employees complete their tasks.
o Completes all other duties assigned as necessary.
Qualifications
o 1-2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment, but not required.
o Must have a great attitude and the desire to work.
o High School Diploma or GED
Skills
o Good communication and interpersonal skills
o Basic mathematical skills are required
o The ability to be flexible and adapt to any situation
o Must be able to operate a cash register
