Title: NetSuite Systems Analyst

Job Description:

The NetSuite Systems Analyst will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our NetSuite implementation. This position will also contribute to the design and implementation of integration projects with the NetSuite system. The maintenance of NetSuite includes configuration, data integration, troubleshooting, and customizations. This position requires excellent communication skills and cross functional teamwork in order to best understand end user's needs, and to translate these into system configuration and design.

Job Responsibilities Include:

o Perform configuration within the NetSuite environment using forms, fields, custom records and workflows to manage business process requirements
o Lead unit and integration testing, including defining test scenarios, writing test scripts, and ensuring compliant test documentation
o Maintain knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration best practices
o Provide ongoing Level 1 support to end users and act as liaison with NetSuite support
o Develop, test, and deploy customizations and new functionality as business requirements change
o Manage business improvements and enhancements for processes managed on the NetSuite platform
o Identify, monitor, and communicate project risks and issues to the internal NetSuite committee and consultants

Required:

o 2
years of experience with ERP/CRM systems, preferably NetSuite
o Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, IT/IS, or equivalent field
o Experience with the following technologies: .Net/C#, ASP.Net, Silverlight, HTML, JavaScript, SQL Server, SSIS packages, and XML
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
o Working knowledge of agile development methodologies, particularly SCRUM
o General understanding of software usability, Object Oriented Theory and OO Design, UML, Design Patters, N-tier architectures, Web services, and SQL Databases with the ability to create robust software designs that meet the business requirements
o Good working knowledge of general accounting practices as well as common of business processes

Preferred:

o Project exposure to developing .Net windows and/or web applications using Visual Studio
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
